COVID-19 Photo Booth

The health and safety of our team, clients, guests, and community is our top priority therefore we have made some updates to our services, procedures, and protocols that we want you to be aware of before you work with us.

Please know we are committed to doing everything in our power to provide safe, fun, and memorable in-person photo booth experiences and are doing our best to adapt to the ongoing local and federal guideline changes.

The below information applies to in-person photo booth experiences only and was last updated on 3/25/22 after reviewing CDC, WHO and Arizona guidelines, best practices for navigating in-person events, and our company values.

  1. VACCINES: Our team is fully vaccinated. If proof of vaccination is required for an event we have no problem providing this. We just ask that you request proof of vaccination at least one week prior to your event date.

  2. MASKS: If you require that our staff to wear masks at your event please make sure you select this option in the Photo Booth Questionnaire you receive at time of booking. Otherwise we will leave the decision to wear a mask up to each individual staff member unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that some of our staff prefer to wear masks. They reserve the right to do so at any and all events of their choosing.

  3. SCHEDULING: Our team is asked to report prior to their shift if they have any known symptoms of COVID-19 and/or have come into contact with someone who tested positive of COVID-19 or has known symptoms of COVID-19. If our team have any known symptoms of COVID-19, share that they may have come into contact with someone who may or does have COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19 then they will not work the event they are scheduled for. The same rule applies for if they are not feeling well in general. MISGIF will do its best to find a replacement for events that include staffing but at this time staffing during events cannot be guaranteed. With that said, all photo booths are operational without staff and remote support via phone is included.

  4. SAFE OPTIONS + SIGNAGE: Until further notice MISGIF will provide a complimentary (free) automatic, touchless hand sanitizer station with 1 gallon 80% ethyl alcohol for guests to use before and after touching the photo booth screen, unless otherwise specified. MISGIF will not provide stanchions for lines, additional signage for social distancing or mask wearing, etc. This will be the responsibility of the client. With that said, we encourage all of our clients to be mindful of creating a safe photo booth atmosphere that includes space for social distancing and helpful signage with reminders for best safety practices.

  5. CLEANING: MISGIF will continue to sanitize all equipment used at events with EPA-approved disinfectant before and after events. For staffed events MISGIF staff will also sanitize the photo booth screen before the start of the event. A complimentary hand sanitizer station will be available and refilled as needed for event attendees to use before and/or after touching the photo booth screen.

  6. PROPS: At this time we are recommending handheld prop signs only (read more about our sustainable prop options) but we do offer prop packages that include hats, glasses, and novelty objects upon request. Should a client want to use MISGIF props for their event or provide their own props MISGIF staff will not be responsible for disinfecting, touching, or monitoring them. With that said, clients have the option of adding a Prop Assistant to their package to sanitize props in between each use should they desire such a service. MISGIF currently does not recommend using face/head props or boas at events.

  7. RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION: MISGIF will always do its best to be flexible and accommodate any reschedules or event cancellations. Our goal is always to find a win-win solution for both parties involved. Please let us know as in-advance as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your event.
